CONDITIONS
Provisional reservations
Pre-reservations period has duration of 15 days; during this period and in the case of appear anybody interested, we contact the grooms to confirm the date.
Definitive reservation
All the reservations are only considered as definitive after the payment of a deposit. The deposit is (prices available soon), VAT is included.
Cancellation dates and services
The commitment to break (date cancelation withdrawal) means the loss of the deposit and Turistaipa has the right to keep the entire received amount.
Payment conditions
When you reserve the space a deposit of (prices available soon), VAT is included.
50% of the expected number of persons on the day when you taste the dishes.
The remaining amount will be paid in the event day.
The applicable VAT in restaurant services will be the legal tax (23%).
Leftover buffet
All the buffet leftovers desert, cold dishes, cheese belongs to the grooms (whose must bring own containers to package their food. Catering is not responsible for the transport or the quality of food after it been removed from the space in next hours after the event.
Number of persons
The number of guests should be confirmed 10 days before the wedding, by email, and the final payment will never be less than number of persons because we already spent some money taking these persons in account.
The minimum number of adults on Saturday’s is 120 in May, June, August, July, September and October.
Children
Children under 3 years old don’t pay, from 4 to 9 pay half and are counted as half adults. 10 years old children were considered and counted as adults.
Discount
Discount for weekdays and Sundays (since the day after is not holiday) all year (prices available soon) per person, whenever the number of adults is more than 80 people.
From November to April you could also have this this offer on Saturdays.
Dishes taste
We offer the dishes taste for the grooms and their parents (maximum 6 persons). In weddings with less than 70 person, this is offer is only for the couple, other persons have to pay (prices available soon) each.
